The design vocabulary — curved cabinetry, plastered steel staircases, floor-to-ceiling glazing, arched openings — pushed against clean-lined modernism at every turn. Nothing reads as standard. Cost discipline was the defining test. The solution was not to simplify the design but to find ways to deliver it without drifting from the number.
Lighting designer Shine Design treated illumination as an extension of the architecture. Landscape architect Araiys Design grounded the residence in its Bridgehampton site with the same care given to every interior detail.
